Ghana Must Go: (GMG) is a three-year initiative launched by Nubuke Foundation from 2016 – 2019. GMG is founded on the premise that art and creativity are integral to cultivating a sustainable future. The programme investigates new ideas for progression through an annual sub-theme; each yearly open call provides a unique approach to finding creative solutions for the future.

In 2016, the open call was titled Ghana Must Go:ABLODE* – FUTURE VITALITY.

2017 was Ghana Must Go: CRITICAL MASS.

2018 is dedicated to FORWARD

About Nubuke Foundation

Nubuke Foundation is a visual art and cultural institution based in
East Legon, Accra, Ghana. Founded in 2006, it serves as a nexus for arts and culture across the country while supporting the artistic practice of Ghanaians: young, mid-career and experienced.

About Arts Collaboratory

Arts Collaboratory is a platform for transnational exchange and cooperation made up of over 20 arts organizations from Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. The mission of Arts Collaboratory is to promote collaborative, inventive, and open visual arts practices that are socially engaging and transformative.
